General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between (i) Puntazo BV with registered office at Dreefstraat 20, 3360 Bierbeek, Belgium,
company number 0781.635.797 (hereinafter \u201cPuntazo\u201d, the \u201cSeller\u201d, \u201cWe\u201d or \u201cus\u201d) and (ii) the customer who places an order via our
website www.puntazo.be (the \u201cWebsite\u201d) or via e-mail (hereinafter the \u201cCustomer\u201d).
By placing an order for one of our products, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 1. Price and shipping costs
The prices stated are unit prices, including Belgian VAT at the applicable rate and excluding processing and shipping costs.
We reserve the right to adjust these prices at any time. The prices stated on the Website at the time of ordering apply to orders.
Puntazo makes every effort to ensure that all price information in the webshop is correct, but if there is an error in the price of a product, Puntazo will give the Customer the opportunity to confirm the purchase of the product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If Puntazo is unable to contact the Customer within 30 days, the order will be considered cancelled.
Unless otherwise stated on the Website, the shipping costs are for the account of the Customer and the invoiced amount depends on
the amount of the order, the number of items ordered and the chosen delivery address. This amount is stated on the delivery note and
the Customer will be informed of this amount before confirming the order on the Website.
Article 2. Order
You can place an order via our Website. We may cancel an order if the goods ordered are not available for any reason. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund any amount already paid by you within 30 days of notification of cancellation of your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. Puntazo cannot be held responsible for any errors caused by data entered by you. Administrative costs may be charged for correcting invoices.
Each order implies that you agree to the prices and product descriptions as they appear on our
Website at the time of the order.
Article 3. Payment
Each order must be accompanied by payment for this order (via one of the payment methods offered
on the Website).
The seller remains the owner of all goods until full payment has been received.
Article 4. Shipping
An order is shipped on average between 3 and 4 working days after ordering, unless the ordered items are not available (see
article 2). You will be notified by e-mail of the shipment of your order.
For personalized items, the delivery time is approximately 6 weeks after receipt of your order.
Article 5. Delivery
The available delivery options are displayed on the Website and you can select the desired delivery option before confirming your
order. The delivery time stated is indicative and we are not responsible for any delays by the chosen
carrier. In the event of a delay we will attempt to notify you but to the extent permitted by law we will not be
liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising out of any delayed or non-delivery.
If it appears that the selected carrier cannot deliver to the desired location when placing your order, we will contact you
using the contact details you provided when placing your order.
If delivery of the product is impossible, the contract will be terminated by operation of law. The seller will inform the Customer of this.
In the event of partial delivery, each delivery will be considered a separate sale.
The Seller has fulfilled its obligation to deliver as soon as the items delivered by the Seller have been offered to the buyer.
For home deliveries, the carrier's report on the refusal of delivery will serve as proof that the delivery has been offered.
Article 6. Receipt of the goods
In the event that your order is incomplete, or if you notice any defects, shortcomings or visible damage to the goods delivered,
you must inform us by e-mail within 48 hours. If you do not respond within 48 hours, we will consider the order as
complete and delivered to you in good condition.
Article 7. Right of withdrawal and return of goods
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for personalized products.
7.1 Instructions for withdrawal and return
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the
last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by
an unambiguous statement sent by e-mail to hello@puntazo.be.
The items must be returned in their original packaging, with original labels and accessories and in new condition.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
7.2 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of
any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,
unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay, but in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to cancel
this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If you ordered the goods to be returned via our Website,
you can freely use the returns options offered by our customer service. The price of a
return label is \u20ac5.90.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, which goes beyond what is
necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Article 8. Warranty
We guarantee the usefulness and virtues of the product. Therefore, the legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us.
This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an item where this is not the case, we will provide you with an appropriate solution as soon as possible. You can contact our
customer service via hello@puntazo.be. If Puntazo confirms that the product is defective due to a manufacturing error, this is covered by our warranty and the product will be replaced as soon as possible or the amount due will be refunded.
Article 9. Complaints or disputes
Complaints or disputes other than those in article 6 of these general terms and conditions must be reported in writing within 14 days after delivery. If the complaint is found to be justified, our liability is limited to replacement of the goods. Any liability of the Seller is limited to the amount actually paid for the order.
We aim to respond within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, we will respond within the period of 14 days with a confirmation of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed answer.

Article 11. Applicable law
